A:We do not have a maintenance department, but we have a seven day trial period. We will be covering replacement and return services for non-human caused damages within the trial period.
We also have a one-year guarantee for all kinds of damages. For any concerns, please talk to us through the contact us page.

A: It can hold cameras and mobile phones with 9.5 cm width. It can also be a used for a GoPro but it cannot be locked. For digital cameras, DSLRs, GoPros, etc that use ¼” thumbscrew we recommend using our tripod instead. Also, the digital camera cannot pair with the bluetooth remote shutter.

A: The Selfie Stick Tripod and Tripod does not easily tip over. However, when using outdoors, make sure that the legs are stretched and set up on even ground. When it is too windy, do not extend the tube to its extent and make sure that your camera is not too heavy.

A:The bluetooth remote shutter can be used within 8 meters considering there will be obstacles in an outdoor environment.

A:You are recommended to put battery-operated MAGIPEA collection in your baggage. You can however, toss your Selfie Ring Light and Bluetooth Remote Shutter in your carry on.
