Here at MAGIPEA, we would like to make returns as easy as possible.
We always want you to be satisfied with our products. If you aren't, we accept product returns within 30 days from your order date in exchange for store credit.
Items must be in new, unaltered, unused, and resellable condition. They should be in their original boxes with all tags and/or labels.
It is unlikely that we send wrong and defective products. In case you receive such, we will cover return and exchange shipping via PayPal. Shipping costs for any returns aside from this will not be refunded.
We do not cover returns for damaged products due to wear and tear.
7 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY
We haven't received feedback about our products being damaged within 7 days of receipt.
If for some reason you would like to return your product within that time period, you are free to do so - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
SECURE AUTHORIZATION - We reserve the right to inspect the products before accepting them for return. We are asking you to contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Send over photos of the product. After inspection (24-48 hours) we will be sending you a return code authorizing the return. Please do not simply ship back to the sender.
Note: If covered under the 7 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED POLICY, there's no need to send over photos.
SHIP TO RETURN- Print the return code and ship it with the package. The return address will be provided with the return code.
RECEIVE STORE CREDIT - Once we received the package, you will be notified of your store credit. You can use it to purchase anything from the store.
